Walking for Ireland

‘I tell you the truth, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me.’
-Matthew 25:40

I don’t know how many people read this blog, but I am going to jump on my soap box and do some creative fundraising! :)
I know that many of you know the March of Dimes is the leading Non-Profit organization for Pregnancy, Premature Birth and Infant Death.  BUT they also are the leading researchers for stillbirth and fetal death, because the same defects that cause prematurity and death can cause stillbirth as well. Check out their webiste that is loaded with information, and supports for people like Kevin and I that have had to say goodbye to their babies.

So far our “Team Ireland” has raised $320.00 for our April 24th walk.  We just started fundraising on Friday, February 26th.  Thanks so much to the friends and family that have donated.  Here is our team link if you want to make a donation or if you live here in Billings and want to walk with us!  We would be honored if you could join our team.

I promised our girl that her life would not be without meaning, and I am already seeing that this tiny girl, is changing the world.

I love you sweet Ireland, and because of your little life, we are going to make a difference.

Blessings,

  1. amen to that!!! I don't know (I think I said this already but I'll it again) if you will know how much of an impact Ireland's life would have been (is) on others until you get to heaven but I do know Ireland, you, Kevin, your boys, and your family are indeed making an impact and indeed furthering Jesus' kingdom and that truly is AWESOME!!

    I'd walk with you if I was there

    hugs to you all

  2. What a beautiful post and I so wish I could come and walk w/you all. I even had my hubby look to see how far away we are from you guys. I will be thinking of Ireland when we walk here in Carson City, Nevada.
    Ireland has touched a special part of my heart just as you have. What a wonderful daughter you have , Jess. What a wonderful Mommy you are too.
    Thinking of you always. {{HUGS}}
